After a decade with KPMG, as an auditor and consultant, I took the entrepreneurial plunge and started my own fashion label, before deciding that helping people look good was good, but helping them build successful careers was a lot more satisfying.
That is when I co-founded Influence Solutions, a learning and organisational development company that is working with top global organisations to achieve transformational results.
